
The new Zolotas boutique located in the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris, 3 rue de Miromesnil /fbg Saint-Honoré, celebrated its official opening on Thursday December 1st with a glamorous ceremony.
The President of the House Marianne Le Clère-Papalexis, and the CEO & Artistic Director, Georges Papalexis, welcomed their honorable international guests, among them, personalities known for their great contribution to the Modern History of Greece and France.
The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Greek Embassy, for the presentation of “CALYPSO” the new ZOLOTAS charm collection for 2017. Every year, the charm collection is dedicated to charity for a noble cause. In Greece, The Zolotas House has been supporting the association ELEPAP for the past 10 years.
After the Ambassador’s Mrs. Maria Theofili greeting, Georges Papalexis announced the commitment of ZOLOTAS to charity in France, supporting the noble cause of SIDACTION, a major French association that is raising awareness and collecting charitable funds to fight HIV. The beloved French actor and Vice President of SIDACTION Mrs. Line Renaud expressed her gratitude towards ZOLOTAS for the kind donation to SIDACTION.
The distinguished guests had the pleasure to enjoy the starring actress Stefanie Capitanides, appearing as Calypso and reciting verses of the poet Makis Malafekas with an orchestral accompaniment of cello and flute.
The opening and reception attended among others, the
President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, the former Minister Jean-Pierre Chevènement
and his wife Nisa, a famous sculptresse, entrepreneurs such as George
Panayotis, Olivier Mellerio, Bruno Delaye, Philip Tsagkridis, His Eminence of
France Metropolitan Emmanuel Adamakis and many celebrities including Andrea
Ferréol, Laurie Cholewa, Sandra Zeitoun and Tomer Sisley.
