May Hera's Lily, the first flower of 2019, fill every new beginning with immaculate grace!
The white crystalline hand of the goddess, the pure touch of Hera. And in her hand, on the edge of her delicate fingers, a lily.
Sculpted by the light of the ages, a perennial symbol of female grace, the lily, the ancient leirion, has been a mythological theme for nobility since the dawn of times. From Egypt's solar lotuses up to the Lily Prince and the Ladies in Blue of Minoan Crete, the snow white flower of the lily was connected by the Greeks to Hera, the patron goddess of women and fertility.
According to the myth, when Hercules was born, Zeus wanted to make him immortal. But to do so, the baby had to be fed with divine milk. Zeus got Hera drunk, and when she fell asleep, he brought Hercules to her breast. But Hera woke up, got up abruptly and some of her milk was thrown in the air. The drops that came up high formed the Milky Way, and those who fell on Earth became lilies.
For the New Year, ZOLOTAS offers you Hera's warm and pure femininity with a unique charm. The celestial light meets the fertility of the Earth, bringing into the world the newly born blossom, a glowing white lily.
